All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Depending on your location, delivery times may take anywhere between 10-15 business days.
OUTDOOR FURNITURE RETURN POLICY
We take great pride in the quality and value of our patio furniture. Before shipping, our teams carefully inspect all items before packaging and marking for distribution. We highly encourage you perform a similar inspection when you receive your patio furniture set. Accidents happen; whether in transit or a missed defect during the inspection process. In the event you notice damage to the packaging, refuse the shipment, and document it with a photo and contact us at 1-866-456-2288 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work to make it right.
Customers returning patio furniture pieces are responsible for return shipping costs. Please note: patio furniture must be repackaged in the original packaging, including any parts, accessories, or manuals to receive a full refund. We cannot accept any furniture pieces that are not in new-condition.
